Poulsbo Sons of Norway members only: Learn how to make this quintessential Norwegian cookie with Lizbeth. Every person gets recipe, hands-on batter making, cookie tasting and Nordiska discount on bakeware, electrics (excluding lefse grill), and Norwegian flags. After you've made your batter and learned to grill, you'll bake away for the Saturday, 5/15, småkake (cookie) sale.
