Trolls' Den Events

Members meet several times during the year to prepare traditional Norwegian foods (e.g, lefse, krumkake, etc.). Volunteers can also learn to prepare the most beautiful open-faced sandwiches for the Wednesday Kaffe Stua lunches. Food Worker Card is required. Newcomers and beginners are welcome. Kaffe Stua, a Norwegian Lunch Buffet, where talented crews prepare traditional open-faced sandwiches, known as smørbrød, with artfully arranged toppings.
